Submitting banners is a good way to get a good amount of traffic. Some of the sites the traffic may not be highly targeted while others may just need an incentive to click the banner.(ie. free report, free book etc) The best types of people to target are those who are already in a home business and buy training products or anything that will help them make an income online or solve a problem they my face in their business.

You should also post your Home Based Business banners on your blog or website in emails or where ever you think will give you the best results for your time effort and money.

Below I have a large list of banner exchange sites, use them and see if you get any results. Look for how much traffic does it produce, how many leads does it produce, how many sales(ROI) return on investment once you get a sizeable amount of traffic keep it going and move on to another form of producing traffic.
